Everyone is welcome: All bodies. All backgrounds. All types of respectful vibes
𖨆 Your body = your business. Please do not comment on people’s bodies: tattoos, scars etc.
(Mostly) Screen-Free Zone! If you need to use your phone, be discreet.
Respect people’s privacy/ space
Consent Matters - Ask before offering advice, conversation, adjusting anything in the sauna or taking photos
Softly Social - please keep voices low, enjoy the calm
Nothing Left Behind: Remember to take your belongings, phone, towel and any rubbish - keep the space beautiful

Wildcat Guidelines
Any health conditions or taking medications? please seek advice from your medical professional or GP before booking.
Shower before your sauna session AND before getting into the baths for saunas & baths to stay fresh
Feel dizzy, uncomfortable or sleepy?
Step outside to cool down straight away. Please tell a member of staff if you’d like support - that’s what we’re here for!
Ask people in the sauna before adding a ladle of water and please pour gently.
Swimmers-on zone. All guests must wear swimwear, underwear or loose clothing.
Please sit on a towel inside the sauna. The wood gets HOT and our bodies sweat.
NO GLASS inside the saunas.
Leave your bottle outside
Wildcat is a sober space - No alcohol, drugs, or intoxicated guests
Take off jewellery.
To prevent skin burns and/or damage to your jewellery.
We recommend begin with 5 - 10 mins in the sauna at a time.
20 mins MAX. for sauna enthusiasts.
Stay hydrated
Drink plenty of water before, during and after your session.
Please don’t add essential oils unless pre-organised
→ as they can irritate people’s breathing.

Yes you can! Send the: booking details and Ts & Cs to sign, to the rest of your party once you’ve booked.

2 towels - one for sitting on inside the sauna (to protect against the hot wood), one for after a shower/ cold plunge. You can rent a towel for £1

You can arrive up to 5 minutes before your booking to check in.

Station Approach, BA11 1RE. The sauna site is based at the back of Station Approach building.

walk all the way through to the BACK of the Station Approach building
look out for & follow orange Wildcat logo wooden circles on your way
Opposite the glass doors at the back, look out for the orange leopard print door to enter!

POPUPS / EVENTS - please follow the details on your booking to find the venue. If we are somewhere exciting, that might mean checking exact location on What 3 Words and following instructions there.

At Wildcat, we encourage climate-friendly travel. When possible, please walk, cycle, take a train or bus to come for a sauna :)
BUSES: Routes 24, 47, 31 and Wiltshire Connect.
BIKES: lockable bike rack just outside the sauna site - bring your own lock. NB. Frome Community Bike project are just opposite us, & now offer normal, e-bike and cargo bike hire! Please see: https://www.fromebikeproject.org/what-we-do/hire-bikes/
TRAIN: Frome Train Station (2 mins away) connects across Somerset, Wiltshire and beyond.
CAR: Free parking spaces are very limited but sometimes available in the car park in front of Station Approach building. Frome Station car park is low cost, free for blue badge carriers: https://www.apcoaconnect.com/locationDetail/?id=207 **There is zero parking available outside of the sauna site - all spaces are owned and used by Station Approach businesses.

Yes! We have two outdoor cold showers: a rain shower and a bucket plunge. There is no hot shower on site.

Yes. We are Community Sauna. Private Hire of the whole site is available if you would like to visit with friends and/ or family.

The sessions last for 1 hour. Please ensure you leave by the next hour, so that those booked into the following time slot can have their allocated time.
If you would like to stay longer than 1 hour, you are very welcome to book 2 sessions so that you can stay for up to 2 hours. If you want to stay longer on the day, just ask speak our staff to check if there is available space to book onto the next session.

Can a gift a session or a pack of sessions to a friend? YES! We’ve now added an option for gift vouchers - check them out here

Standard sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your session time starts. See your your booking email or sign into Session: https://bookasession.org
If it is within 24 hours of your session, we are unable to credit or reschedule unless there are extenuating circumstances. But we will put the session into our Community Kitty (pay it forward) that supports those on low or no income.
EVENTS: 72 hour cancellation window. If you need to cancel within 72 hours of the event we will need time to offer to our waitlist / re-advertise. Refunds / credit within that time are dependent on us being able to fill the space.
Extenuating circumstances: If you are unwell or have an unexpected emergency situation and cannot make your session, please get in touch via info@wildcatsauna.org and/ or call the site phone number 07340 085415. -
Both saunas are scrubbed down at the end of every day using eco-friendly, anti-bacterial cleaners. The single ambient bath is cleaned & refilled every day. The three filtered baths are cleaned & refilled every 2 days.
We do a full site Deep Clean every week: pressure washing the mats and floors, extra cleaning of the saunas and baths alongside any maintenance.
