Everyone is welcome: All bodies. All backgrounds. All types of respectful vibes

𖨆 Your body = your business. Please do not comment on people’s bodies: tattoos, scars etc.

  • (Mostly) Screen-Free Zone! If you need to use your phone, be discreet.

  • Respect people’s privacy/ space

  • Consent Matters - Ask before offering advice, conversation, adjusting anything in the sauna or taking photos

  • Softly Social - please keep voices low, enjoy the calm

  • Nothing Left Behind: Remember to take your belongings, phone, towel and any rubbish - keep the space beautiful

Wildcat Guidelines

Any health conditions or taking medications? please seek advice from your medical professional or GP before booking.‍ ‍

Shower before your sauna session AND before getting into the baths for saunas & baths to stay fresh

Feel dizzy, uncomfortable or sleepy?

Step outside to cool down straight away. Please tell a member of staff if you’d like support - that’s what we’re here for!

Ask people in the sauna before adding a ladle of water and please pour gently.

Swimmers-on zone. All guests must wear swimwear, underwear or loose clothing.

Please sit on a towel inside the sauna. The wood gets HOT and our bodies sweat.

NO GLASS inside the saunas.

Leave your bottle outside

Wildcat is a sober space - No alcohol, drugs, or intoxicated guests

Take off jewellery.

To prevent skin burns and/or damage to your jewellery.

We recommend begin with 5 - 10 mins in the sauna at a time.

20 mins MAX. for sauna enthusiasts.

Stay hydrated

Drink plenty of water before, during and after your session.

Please don’t add essential oils unless pre-organised

→ as they can irritate people’s breathing.
